Thursday morning bitterness from the Spuds
I'm having great fun abusing the cunts this morning, the best bit of bitterness so far from one of them is this.

How was the open bus parade this morning ?

As Bilic said , it's your biggest game of the year.

Bless ya. Well done.

Bunch of cunts to a man, was in an offy here in Oz the other day.

There was a cunt with track suit top on, I looked at him and said irons, he replied to me in a Swedish accent, good for you winning your cup final.

I've been rubbing it in with my Spurs mate, saying how shit TRippier, Wimmer and Kane are.

One finally flipped and told me to fuck off. Mission accomplished

"I get your sentiments but I think you'll find it was to do with an 'Ironworks'
Really classy!" - on the origins of our irons chant by a gutted Tottenham fan.

See this is where us and them differ, whilst we are proud of our gritty working class roots and openly shun any grandiose sentiments, they live in a fantasy world where 'spurs' are a much lauded glamour club, complete delusions of grandeur, unfortunately they lack the self awareness to realise why we love to take the piss so much.

It's a replica shirt'er fest at White Hart Lane these days.

Never rated their support, anyway - fickle as fucking anything - but they're even worse now.

Regular European competition has turned their fan-base into the equivalent of Arsenal's.

Embarrassing.

My 2 stepsons are Spurs fans. I knew that when I married their mother 20 years ago, but love is blind...
Whenever Spurs beat us, I get the superiority treatment from the younger one. (The elder is more sensitive).
On the odd occasion when we beat Spurs, I play it cool when I meet the boys, say nothing, but adopt a Mona Lisa smile. It's the best tactic in the long term, because Spurs nearly always finish above us.

You've got a Tottenham fan trapped IN A POD?

Do you just jab him with a biro whenever work is pissing you off or something?

Re: Thursday morning bitterness from the Spuds
Actually to go back to the Collins substitution, he ran, held his leg and immediately signalled to the bench that he had to come off. Then the ball came back towards him and he limped over to at least try and be a body they had to get past.

The ball then fell to one of ours and we went on another attack but he stayed on his feet still signalling that he needed substitution. People around me were screaming 'GET DOWN' because our players didn't know he was injured so wouldn't kick the ball out.

Immense really to tear your hamstring and STILL play on but sometimes you can be a bit too brave for your own good. If anything it was the polar opposite of time wasting but it's no surprise to see a spurs fan totally wrong about something.

Slaven's Reece Oxford decision showed enormous reserves (sic) of that leadership quality know as faith. It rallied our tiring troops, demoralised theirs and was a masterstroke.

that's always my comeback to the Liverpool and Utd fans in my office.
Their excuse is always along the lines of 'tickets are impossible to get'.
I offered to get one of the Liverpool mugs a ticket and he can come with me. Next day he comes in and says his missus has booked them out that day so he cant go.

Pathetic.

I've generally found that their 'fans' are largely armchairs and they usually shut up when told that Ive seen Spurs play more times than they have, and in some cases I've been to White Hart Lane more times than they have.
